Naima Ibrahim Rajab is a dynamic and community-driven Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a passion for legal empowerment and conflict resolution. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. While at university, Naima distinguished herself as a student leader, serving as the External Affairs Secretary, which laid the foundation for her strong communication and advocacy skills.

Naima is also a certified professional mediator, having completed her training with the Mediation Training Institute. She is the founder of Nimraj Consultancy, a community-based initiative in Kibra, Nairobi, that offers accessible mediation services aimed at resolving domestic and communal disputes. Her work through Nimraj has positively impacted numerous families and individuals seeking alternative dispute resolution pathways.

Her areas of expertise span Family Law, Succession Law, Children’s Rights, Environmental Law, and the emerging intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Law. She has demonstrated a consistent commitment to legal education and public service by organizing legal aid clinics, offering legal assistance in SGBV cases, and actively contributing to public interest litigation, including the drafting of petitions and memoranda to Parliament.
